Our company is located in beautiful South Carolina. We began our business by selling mostly to children's boutiques, but realized we needed a web-store to reach individual customers that might not have access to a local boutique. We have earned a reputation for quality because we hand-make each bow using the finest materials. We also sear the ribbon ends to prevent fraying. Before being shipped, each bow goes through a final quality check to assure you are getting the best product available. We invite you to try our hair bows and see the quality for yourself.

Shipping Information:

Most orders are shipped in 3-5 business days. If an item is backordered, you will be notified by email and given the choice of deleting the item from your order or having us ship the item when it becomes available. All backorders are shipped with free shipping. We ship orders using Priority Mail with the US Postal service.

Refunds and Returns:

We strive for quality in all our products, however if an item needs to be returned because of a defect in workmanship, we ask that you contact us by email at returns@bibbitybobbitybows.net or by phone (864)449-6586. Once you contact us, we will give you further instructions on exchanging the item or returning the item for a refund. We will pay shipping charges on items returned because of a defect. If the return is NOT because of a defect we ask that you contact us using the above methods and return instructions will be given, but please note, the return shipping charges WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED. Also, merchandise returned for reasons other than a defect, must be in good condition. We reserve the right to reject a return if the item is not in a resellable condition. All returns must be done within 30 days of purchase date.

Refunds will be made using the credit/debit card the customer used when making the original purchase. Refunds will be made within seven to ten business days of our returns department receiving the merchandise back.
